Shipping Policy
Shipping Cost - Apple Bazaar ships within Singapore, and to all over the world. Exact shipping costs can be determined at the checkout page of this site. We ship from Monday through Friday excluding public holidays.
Next-Working Day Delivery for Orders in Singapore!!!
We are able to make next-working day delivery for Singapore domestic orders if the following conditions are met:
1. The order is placed before 12 p.m. Monday to Friday (Singapore Time GMT +8)
2. The shipping address is complete and valid and telephone number is provided.
3. Courier shipping method is selected.
4. Other special conditions would be stated in the item listing page.
Note: Orders that are sent out via normal mail mail will take 1 to 2 working days to reach you.
Singapore Islandwide Shipping Options:
SingPost Non Standard Normal Mail
This shipping method is for orders that have value of SGD10 or less. If your orders total is more than SGD10, you have to select Local Courier Service. This is to protect the buyers as courier mail are traceable while Normal Mails are not (in the event that the order is lost in the delivery process). The normal delivery time for Normal Mail takes 1-2 working days. The order weight must not exceed 2kg for Normal Mail.
Local Courier
Economy Island Courier service for SGD4 (less than 500gram) or SGD5 (less than 1000g) , with the delivery taking up to 2 working days to be completed. With full track and trace services online, you can be rest assured of the status of your orders.
Express Island Courier service for SGD6 or SGD25 flat fee, with the delivery taking 1 working day to be completed. With full track and trace services online, you can be rest assured of the status of your orders. SGD5 flat courier fee Islandwide is for orders that is less than 2 kg and weight less than 3 kg, SGD15 for orders that weight less than 10 kg and SGD25 for orders that weight up to 30 kg.

Your order would be shipped out the next day if the following conditions are met:
1. The order is placed before 12 p.m. Monday to Friday (Singapore Time GMT +8) excluding Singapore public holiday.
2. The shipping address is complete and valid and telephone number is provided.
3. Express shipping method is selected.
4. Other special conditions would be stated in the item listing page.
Note: Orders that are sent out via Air Mail, Registered Air Mail and Air Parcel will be processed and shipped out within 2-3 working days.
International Shipping Options:
Air Mail (GLOBALMail)
Non registered shipment, economical shipping method for orders value up to SGD20.00 and weighing up to 2 kg. There is no registered shipping number and tracking number for this shipping method. Once the order is shipped out, we will not be able to trace the progress of the shipment.
Registered Air Mail (Singapore Post Office)
For orders value up to SGD80.00, and weighing up to 2 kg, this is a very economical shipping method to ship your orders. There is no tracking number for this shipping option. However it does come with a registered number that allow you to check with your local post office in the event that your orders do not arrive on time. The delivery usually takes 2 to 5 weeks depending on the destination country. Please note that the delivery could take longer than the estimated delivery time if there is delay in your country customs.
Express Shipping
Shipped via major courier companies, with detailed online track and trace facility. Delivery takes 1-3 business days to major destinations ( such as Hong Kong, London, Tokyo ).
Taxes and Duties
Customs Duties and Import Taxes for International Buyers:
You may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, etc imposed by your destination country if you are shipping to countries other than Singapore. These charges are not included in your shipping charge. You will be charged directly by the shipping companies or your country customs.
Your shipping address and phone number
Please make sure your shipping address and your phone number is full and complete and in English. The phone number may be used by the shipping company to contact you, in case they have problems delivering your orders.
Note: If your order is returned to us due to being banned/ restricted products, a wrong delivery address, or because no recipient is at your delivery address to receive the delivery of your order, we will refund your order as follows. You will be refunded the total amount of the order minus the shipping charge and 10 percent of the value of the order as a re-stocking fee. We will also subtract any other outside charges we have incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.

Credit cards (Master and Visa), Paypal and Bank Transfer (Singapore and Malaysia Buyers only) accepted.
Goods and Services Tax
No GOODS & SERVICES TAX GST would be levied on international sales. However for sales made to buyers in Singapore, there would be an additional levy of 7% GST on the sale.

Preventive Measures Against Credit Card Frauds
First-time customers:
For your protection and ours, it is important to make sure credit cards are being used by their proper owners. So, it is possible that customers ordering more than SGD100.00 for the first time from

customers@applebazaar.com ) information on the credit cards. If that is necessary, we will let you know by email. We may request you to send a copy of the front page of your monthly credit card statement or bill. (This is the document that shows your charges for that month.) Another option is to send us a copy of the front and back of the credit card along with a utility bill (water, electricity, or gas) that shows your shipping address. Your privacy is assured. Please understand that we respect your privacy and are not collecting information on your personal spending habits. (We do not sell or distribute any of your personal information. Please
click here to view our Privacy Policy.) If you are sending us a copy of your credit card statement, you may remove any purchase history from this document if you are more comfortable to do so. All we need is your credit card company's logo and address, your name and address, and the last 4 digits of your card. Thanks for your cooperation!

No fax/ email on credit card verification will be needed.
Why do we take these steps?
Unlike credit card purchases made by customers within Singapore and Malaysia, international orders cannot be verified electronically or by telephone. The extra step of faxing/ sending the information is necessary for your protection and ours, to make sure that you are the actual credit card holder.
Please be aware that we do not store your credit card information. The processing of the payment is processed and the information stored by
WorldPay and
PayPal.

Return Policy
Apple Bazaar offers 14 days Return Policy for all orders purchased in Apple Bazaar website provided the following conditions are met:
- All merchandise must be returned in original manufacturers packaging.
- All supplied manufacturers accessories are included in original factory packaging.
- Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including all rejected and returned packages).
Warranty is void if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is also void due to abuse, misuse, defacing, and improper operation or installation of product.
Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage.
Unless there is no stock available, the Return Warranty only allows 1-1 exchange. No refund would be given.
