But, it was around 1960s when there was no one with any knowledge about the manufacturing of a Laguiole knife. Luckily, an association, “Le couteau de Laguiole”, was launched in 1981 and that was the revival of this industry.

Knives are tools that we can’t live without. We use it everyday in our homes and even outside when we go on camping trips. The types of knives also varies depending on the intended use for the specific knife.
