If you are an athlete or a sports enthusiast, then certainly at some point in your life there were moments when your performance was perfect.  You may have surfed the perfect wave, did perfect jumps on your bike or skateboard, or you may have finished first in the race.  But because you or your friends did not have a camera to capture that specific moment, you could not relive it except in your memories – and everyone knows that memories can only last so long in your head.  If someone did think to bring a camera to the event, it would most likely be fragile or not waterproof.  Furthermore, the footage will usually be a long way away and you may not even recognize yourself if you played the video back.
