To ensure smoother return process, please follow the following procedure.

1. Drop us an email at customers@applebazaar.com stating your
   “Name,
   eBay ID (if any),
   Invoice no (Represent by the barcode SO-XXXX),
   Reason for return”
   to inform us on the need to return the item to us.

2. Retrieve the mini barcode label included inside the package you received from Apple Bazaar.

3. Paste the retrieved barcode label on the return item itself. Do not paste the label outside the parcel.
   Then wrap the item carefully as the return warranty will be void if the item is damaged when shipped to us.

4. Send the return package back to us at

5. And wait for the items to be returned to us for processing. We will inform you when the items reach us.

1. Apple Bazaar requires shoppers to register/login first before purchasing anything from the web store. If you have not registered, you will be prompted to do it when you are about to place order. If you have registered before, just login to the store using your store account name and password.

2. Browse or search around for products that you would like to buy. Once you decide on what you want to buy, you could click the following button at the right side of items list page

3. After you add the items to cart, the cart at the top of the page of the web store will be “filled” and the “Check out” link appears.
Click the link when you wish to view your cart content. It is also the link to click when you are ready to make payment.

4. The “Check out” link will bring you to the shopping cart area. View and check if your purchases are correct.
To use the discount coupon,
a. enter the code at “Enter Code:” box and
b. click “Apply Changes”

5. A message “Discount code has been applied successfully! (Remove)” will appear when the discount code application is successful. Otherwise error message will be displayed instead. If there is error, just follow what actions are suggested by the error message. You could click here to contact us if you need further assistance.

6. If you wish to cancel the coupon code, just click the “(Remove)” link at the rightmost of the “success” message. The discount code and discount will be removed from your cart. Do step 4 again if you want to re-enter the code.

7. Once you are satisfied with everything, click “Place Order Now” button to proceed on payment and you will be redirected to Payment area.

8. At Payment area,
a. Choose the prefereed payment method. (Bank Transfer method is only available at selected countries.)
b. Leave a notes if you have any message for us. For example if you have any special request for the delivery process.
c. Make payment when you are ready. Click on the “Make Payment” link.

Please wait till your payment process completed. You will see a thank you message when everything is completed well.

Afterwards, all that is left is to wait for your items to be delivered to your destination address. Once the package reaches you, look out for a flyer.
