Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering, entrants accept these conditions.
- The promotion is run by Apple Bazaar Pte Ltd.
- No purchase necessary to enter.
- One entry per specific email address.
- The sweepstake is available on multiple social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- In cases where prizes are out of stock, Apple Bazaar reserve the right to change the prizes with other items of similar value.
- Winners will be selected by system automatically, from the total list of all entrants with valid entries.
- The winner’s name and country of residence will be published in a contest results page and Apple Bazaar blog.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time they enter the competition.
- Winners will be contacted via email, and have to reply with a mailing address within 7 working days, for purpose of delivery of prize. Apple Bazaar reserves the right to award the prize to next deserving winner if no address is provided within 7 working days.
- Winners will receive prize via Registered Mail free. The shipping will take about 3-4 weeks to reach the winners.
- The prize winner is responsible for all custom taxes, costs and other expenses that are not explicitly included with the prize.
- Apple Bazaar reserves the right to reject entries that do not meet these Terms and Conditions.
