If you are a fan of MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Play Game) this article is going to be one of the most interesting things you may have seen. I am going to be making a top five of MMORPGs, adding a little bit of review for everyone of them, so stay “tuned” to see which game gets the first place.
5. Final Fantasy XI – Since the release of the first Final fantasy back in 1987, the game was a really big hit. Final Fantasy XI provides you entry to the world of Vana’Diel, where you must constantly fight back the attack of beastmen hordes. The quality of the graphics is good; the only thing that you have to do is set the resolution beyond 480×640.
4. Runescape – This game is played daily by thousands and thousands of people and it is a game of adventure and quests. The game was tested for safety among children and the test revealed its appropriateness for kids, tweens, and teens.
3. Dream Of Mirror Online – Dream of Mirror is a free-to-play MMORPG where players can choose between 4 races, 6 classes and 6 skills to gain experience through amazing quests and missions; weapons grow too, and pets are active allied during combats. In this game, players can fly all over the places riding their weapons.
2. Entropia Universe – In this game you can create your own persona and explore an expanding science-fiction universe. Together with all other online users, you have the chance to take an active role in the creation of a completely new civilization, explore entire continents in an evolving world, and claim land where you can establish new communities. If you decide to leave the peaceful and secure cities, you may be forced to struggle against hostile mutants and invading robots.
1. World Of Warcraft – I think many of you might have seen this coming. World Of Warcraft it’s the best massively multiplayer online role-playing game and it has been on the first place for years. This game brings out all the best aspects of this style of gaming and it is for sure the most entertaining, memorable and long-lasting. World of Warcraft is a big game. Not necessarily in terms of virtual square miles, but in terms of content filling up those virtual square miles: Number of zones, number of quests, number of different monster models, number of dungeons, number of races and classes, number of newbie zones. This variety is what brings more and more fans to this game, and also the system requirements that are very low; this game can function on any computer, even 8” notebooks.
All in all I hope you enjoyed this top and what I can say it’s try all the games and see for yourself which suits you best.
Good stuff. I have got to express though that in terms of games, I’m still hard core and adore dungeons and dragons rpg, yes the original one. Which is your most loved?
