There are guaranteed next-working day deliveries for orders within Singapore if;
1. The order placement has been done before 12 p.m from the Monday to Friday (Singapore Time GMT+8)
2. All shipping order details are complete and a valid telephone number has been provided.
3. A specific courier method has been indicated
4. All associative conditions are clearly stated in the items list.
NB: According to our shipping policy orders received via mail and registered mail normally take 1 to 2 working days to reach the intended destination.
For orders within Singapore
In the normal category the shipping metro is meant for orders that have value of SGD$20.
If your order totals to a value more than SGD$20 you have to settle for Registered mail or the Local Courier Service. This is a provision in our shipping policy meant to protect buyers since registered mail are traceable while on the other end normal mails are not traceable in cases where the order lost or misplaced in the shipping process. In our shipping policy the normal delivery mail takes 1-2 working days. You also have to note that the order weight for normal orders must not exceed the weight stipulations for normal main according to our shipping policy.
If you need to settle for the Moser secure Register mail option you will have to pay additional SGD$2.24 and you will know that you shipping will be delivered on time and can be traced online at Singapore Post Website. Note that the normal delivery time for registered mail is around two business days. According to our shipping policy order stipulations the weight of the order can not exceed 2kg for rested mail.
Delivery Schedule for International Orders
In processing international shipping your order will be delivered to the desired destination when the following conditions are fulfilled;
1. The order has to be processed before 12 p.m within the Monday to Friday GMT +8 hours Singapore Time.
2. The shipping address is complete and has a valid telephone number.
3. Special requirements and conditions, if any are clearly outlined in items lists page.

You can settle for the Air mail; which is provided by DHL GlobalMail.
The other alternative you have is the registered Air Mail (DHL Global Mail). This one is ideal for orders that value up to SGD$80.00.
You can also settle for the Air parcel provided by DHL GlobalMail. This one is ideal for orders of up to SGD$200.00.
The last option that you can consider for the processing of your international Shipping order is the Express Shipping. In this option the order will be shipped via major couriers and will be placed in the virtual online track as well as trace facility.
